A new Rasmussen poll reveals that 60% of Americans believe the Supreme Court justices have political agendas. The sentiment is at about the same percent regardless of party affiliation. Only 31% of respondents said the court is doing a good or excellent job. I’m not surprised by this poll at all. As a Gen-Xer, I don't thank the Boomers for much, but as a new Dad I absolutely thank them for this and hope the trend towards time spent with family (true family values as opposed to what the extreme right espouses) becomes part of what it means to be American and not just being industrial and working long hours.
